ACCESSING DRUGHUB


DrugHub utilizes a comprehensive security system designed to guard against phishing and DDoS attacks. Each user is assigned a unique .onion access address. To obtain this address, users must navigate to a Link Directory Node (LDN) at either https://drughub.vip or http://drughubkpdabnnn4bimz7l5dlrypr4k73fpzmjp5z27fqj26lrghxxqd.onion

On the LDN page, users are required to complete a CAPTCHA verification before generating a new mirror link. This mirror is signed and must always be verified using the platform's PGP key to confirm its authenticity.

Each user’s mirror is unique, providing an additional layer of security as it can only be accessed by the user to whom it’s assigned.

Vendors, in contrast, receive Permanent Mirrors that can only be accessed by them and users who have conducted transactions with them. This system eliminates the need for vendors and verified users to retrieve a new URL for every interaction, making the process more efficient.

CAPTCHA


Upon entering DrugHub, users will face a Captcha verification to confirm their identity as human. The challenge presents a transparent circle over an underlying layer. Users must align the top circle with the bottom one before the timer expires. After successfully completing this task, users can click the continue button to proceed to the marketplace.




REGISTRATION


To complete your registration as a customer on DrugHub, you will need to provide a PGP key. This key is essential for accessing the marketplace. Begin by entering your PGP key in the designated field on the registration page and click the "continue" button. After that, you will see a PGP encrypted message on the following page.


PGP VALIDATION


To proceed, take the PGP encrypted message from the code box on the next page and paste it into your PGP client. Once decrypted, the message will begin with "DRUG_HUB_BUYER_REGISTRATION_yourcodehere." To confirm and complete your registration, select the "continue" option.

USERNAME SELECTION


Your username will only be used as an identifier for vendors and will not be used for logging in. Once you've chosen a username, click the "continue" button to finalize your registration.



LOGIN


Please provide your PGP Public Key in the designated code box and select a Session timeout duration. The session timeout setting determines the period after which you will be prompted to reauthenticate to the Market. If you opt for a Session timeout of 12 hours, you will remain logged in for the entire duration unless you choose to log out manually. Kindly proceed by clicking on "Continue" to obtain your PGP validation message on the subsequent page. PGP Validation can be further referenced in the aforementioned steps. The validation code for Sign in will commence with DRUG_HUB_BUYER_SIGNIN_yourcode.



ACCESSING THE MARKETPLACE



The Categories Menu is located on the left side of the screen. Once a category is selected, users will be shown a drop-down list with sub-categories and additional options for further refinement.

The main area of the screen is composed of tiles arranged in two columns. Each tile provides key details such as product image, title, category and subcategory, price, payment methods (escrow or FE), shipping information (origin and destination), vendor name, vendor rating, and stock availability.

At the top of the page, you’ll find the main navigation menu with tabs for Invoices, Orders, Vendor Chats, Support, PGP, Notifications, Shopping Cart, XMR Wallet, and Profile Settings.

Directly above the product tiles is the search feature, which allows users to perform both basic and advanced searches for more precise results.

Next to the search bar is a sorting tool that helps users filter results based on various parameters such as date (newest to oldest or vice versa), price range (lowest to highest and highest to lowest), vendor rating, and views on the listing.

PRODUCT LISTING

The product listing page includes a comprehensive set of information that requires careful attention. This information includes the listing title, refund policy, price in both FIAT and XMR (Monero), listing type (either escrow or FE), number of listing views, stock availability, shipping location details (from/to), vendor type (escrow or FE), listing sales, dispute resolution outcomes (wins/losses), and the status of open orders (disputed or open).

In addition to these details, the ordering options section encompasses shipping options, order quantity, and bulk quantity settings. This is followed by product images, as well as buttons for contacting the vendor, reporting the listing, adding it to favorites, and adding it to the cart.

Once all the applicable listing options have been selected, users have the ability to press the "Add to cart" button. This allows them to either proceed with the immediate purchase of the product or add additional products to their cart. This convenient feature enables users to pay for multiple orders within a single transaction.





CHECKOUT

If you have chosen the "Add to cart" option for a specific listing and have proceeded to place an order, you will be presented with a screen that resembles the one depicted above. This screen provides comprehensive details regarding your order, including the PGP key of the seller. It is imperative to encrypt your order information using this specific PGP key and then paste the resulting encrypted output back into the designated Order message box. In case your cart includes multiple items from various vendors, you must repeat this process for each individual key. Upon completion, you can proceed to the Payment page by clicking on the "Continue" button

Read the instructions fully and press "I understand and agree" if you fully understand the instructions.


To ensure a successful transaction, please remit the precise amount of XMR indicated in the designated red area. The address for the payment will be authenticated with the Market key. For your convenience, you may also select the QR Code tab to display a scannable code.

Prompt payment is imperative upon reaching this page, as a countdown timer of 60 minutes will commence. Failure to submit the payment within the designated timeframe will result in the cancellation of the order.




PGP KEY


By adding "/market-keys" to the URL of a verified DrugHub mirror, users will be redirected to a dedicated page containing all the PGP keys necessary for secure communication within the marketplace. To interact with DrugHub staff, users must use the correct PGP key linked to each staff member. This additional layer of security ensures that all communications are encrypted through PGP, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
